re: Sirsansana, I'd add: - elbows shoulder distance apart. - once up, for legs - extend the inner leg though the ball of the big toe.
re: Jay's question: I believe, always press the forearms down. So it would be, press forearms down, place crown of head down, press forearms down, straighten legs.....
that's what i believe anyway :)
How about adding:
Wrist bones perpendicular to floor Center forearm bone presses into floor Straighten legs Walk feet in towards head until back sgtraightens ACTIONS IN POSE Press wrist bones down Press center forearms down to lift both sides of waist Move shoulders away from head Move buttocks towards heels Take thighs back and rotate in Tighten muscles of leg to bone as you straighten legs Relax fingers as you press wrist bones Marsha
